Stuffing yourself frequently is not a terrific idea as your belly will get used to the additional food and you’ll probably put on some weight. Don’t try to reduce your portion sizes in a drastic manner; simply bring them down slowly so that your abdomen becomes accustomed to it and it’ll then get smaller.
Add fruits and veggies to your diet plan
Include lots of fresh fruits and veggies in your healthy eating plan. They are chock-full of essential vitamins and minerals. Try to include a minimum of five servings of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. This can include foods like apples, oranges, cucumbers, carrots, lettuce, etc. It’s not as difficult as you might think.
Take your time eating your meals
Eating your food in a slow manner is very crucial since your brain doesn’t realize you’re full until 20 minutes have passed. Let your mealtime be a time when you take a seat, loosen up and enjoy your meal.
